Removed the old casement windows, storm door, back door, gutters, re-built the exterior wall of this sunroom, and installed new insulation, sheetrock, trim, and painted the interior using Sherwin-Williams interior latex Super Paint for the walls and Pro-Classic trim paint for all interior trim. Installed new Atrium Vinyl triple casement unit windows and new Provia Legacy Series 20 gauge full view steel door with Brinks hardware. Pressure washed the exterior, replaced alot of damaged/rotten wood siding and trim. Applied caulk, primer, and painted the exterior with Sherwin-Williams exterior latex Super Paint. Installed new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts.
