Harbor Isle Exterior
Removed the old roof, fiber cement siding, band boards, and bad/rotten trim from this home! Installed ice & water underlayment in the valleys & around the perimeter of the roof, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof decking, then installed Certainteed starter shingles with Landmark Pro dimensional shingles, hip & ridge shingles, and Certainteed ridge vent system! Installed new house wrap on the home. Installed Everlast 4.25″ advanced composite siding with low gloss Cedar Touch finish in the color of Flagstone, co-extruded PVC window and door trim in the color of Sand Dune, and PVC bottom band board! We applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior coating in the color of Sand Dune to the soffit, fascia, frieze, and band board. Painted the garage door using Sherwin-Williams Super Paint. Installed new exterior landscape lighting, and landscape river rocks on the back porch area!
