Windover Grove Downstairs Bathroom

Gutted this bathroom to the studs! Converted the tub/shower to a handicap accessible shower with no curb/threshold! Eliminated the sconces and installed new LED backlit mirror from Electric Mirror Company with 5 lighting selections. Installed new LED light/fan above the shower. Installed new receptacle for bidet seat and for new LED backlit mirror. Installed new 1/2″ Durock sub-floor, and laid 12″ x 24″ Anatolia Mayfair Venato porcelain tile with a matte finish in a 1/3 – 2/3 pattern. In the shower, we installed Anatolia Mayfair Statuario Venato 4″ x 12″ polished porcelain subway tile to the walls in a 1/3 – 2/3 pattern, and Mayfair Startuario Venato 2″ x 2″ porcelain mosaic basketweave shower floor tile in a matte finish. We used Bostik true color urethane grout in the shower and Bostik Vivid grout with sealer in the floor. Installed new frameless shower door and panel with Enduro Shield. Installed a Delta thermostatic valve and showerhead with a removable hand-held shower head. Installed new Moen folding bench seat in the shower. Installed new Cherry wood Espresso stained vanity cabinet from Medallion Cabinetry and has the Carlisle full overlay door style. The hardware is from Restoration Hardware, Sonoma Knobs and Bellcastle pulls. The Quartz countertop is Callacutta Classique by Vicostone! Delta Pivotal Series vanity faucet in Brialliance Stainless finish with accompanying robe hooks, towel bars, etc…The new Toto toilet with bidet seat with remote control has been installed! The walls are painted with Sherwin-Williams Super Paint in the color of Shadow Storm, and the trim is painted with Sherwin-Williams Pro-Classic oil based paint in the color of Extra White! Installed new Schlage door hardware & hinges. Of course we installed new 4.25″ baseboard, shoe molding, and crown molding around the perimeter of the room. Installed new rocker style switches/receptacles and decorative plates.
