Calumet Farms Master Bathroom

Renovated this master bathroom for a previous customer! Installed new Marazzi Glazed 12″ x 24″ Cavatina Aria Porcelain tile to the floor and shower walls in a 1/3-2/3 pattern. Installed new Anatolia Harmony Warm Blend Flat Pebble Mosaic shower floor tile to the shower floor and back of the recess/niche. Used Bostik Mobe Pearl True Color grout in the shower and Vivid grout for the bathroom floor. Installed a new bench seat in the shower with Delta Cassidy Collection shower valve, diverter valve, shower head and hand-held shower mounted on a hook in Brilliance Champagne Bronze finish. Installed new frameless glass shower door and panel with Enduro Shield and matching hardware. Installed new custom maple wood adult height double vanity with triple drawer stack painted color of Natural Linen with Satin finish. Installed new Top Knobs cabinet hardware in Honey Bronze. Installed new Signature Hardware rectangular porcelain undermount sinks, Mont Blanc Quartzite countertop, and Delta Cassidy Collection 8″ spread vanity faucets in Brilliance Champagne Bronze finish. Re-installed framed mirrors and two 3 bulb Kichler vanity lights in Champagne Bronze finish. Installed two LED light/fans, one above the toilet and one above the shower and vented both to the exterior. Instealled new crown molding around the perimeter of the bathroom. Painted the bathroom walls, ceiling, and trim with Sherwin-Williams paint products. Installed Delta Cassidy Collection accessories in matching finish.
