Winoka Hall Bathroom

Gutted this downstairs hall bathroom and converted the tub/shower to a shower with a floating corner bench seat! We moved the shower head up and centered the drain in the shower floor. We installed new BPI wood plank floor tile 6″ x 36″ laid in a hardwood pattern. Built a new custom Maple wood stained 4′ vanity with two triple drawer stacks with soft close drawer guides,and one door with hidden hinges! Installed Top Knobs Nouveau 5.5″ tapered pulls on the drawers and Essex knob on the door! Installed Carrara Mist Quartz countertop by MSI, Signature Hardware under-mount porcelain sink, and Signature Hardware Pendelton Two Handle Centerset faucet in Brushed Nickel. Installed Pendelton Single Handle shower faucet and valve with shower head in Brushed Nickel finish! Installed 12″x 24″ Atlas Concorde Forge porcelain tile in Aluminum finish to the shower walls in a 11/3 – 2/3 pattern and the matching brick mosaic in the shower floor! Installed custom bullnose tile for the shower curb/threshold and around the perimeter of the shower wall tile! Installed new frameless shower door and panel treated with Enduro Shield. We installed a new Park Harbor Hoxton vanity light in brushed nickel finish above the new Uttermost round mirror! Installed new electrical rocker style switches and receptacle with new plates. Re-installed the toilet. Installed new 4.25″ baseboard and shoe molding! Painted the ceiling, walls, and all trim/door with Sherwin-Williams paint products!
