About This Project

Gutted this large master bathroom. Converted the walls of the shower to knee/pony walls, thus opening this bathroom up. Moved both vanity sinks to the center of each vanity. Moved the vanity lights to the center as well. Moved the shower valve, diverter valve, and shower head to the adjacent wall in the shower. Added a hand-held shower on a hook, a spigot, and converted it to a steam shower. Installed frameless glass door and panels with hardware. Installed a Victoria-Albert pedestal high back slipper tub with Delta tub filler and hand-held. Used Delta fixtures in the shower and lavatory faucets. Moved the chandelier location from the center of the bathroom to over the tub and installed a new chandelier. Installed new vanity lights, LED light/fan in the shower, and new lights in the entry and closets. Installed a Kohler Cimmaron toilet. Installed radiant heat flooring with programmable thernostat. Installed American Olean 12″x24″ porcelain tile in a brick pattern on the floor and vertically in the shower with decorative band. Installed a recess/niche in the knee/pony wall. Installed Medallion vanity cabinets and upper cabinets with soft-close drawers and Amerock hardware. Installed Cambria Quartz countertops, and Mirabelle rectangle under-mount sinks. Moved the linen closet door due to design flaw from original house plan so the door trim would not have to be cut arund the vanity top and prevent the drawers from hitting the door trim. Install new electrical switches, receptacles, and nickel plates. Installed new HVAC registers. Ceiling paint, trim paint, and wall paint is from Sherwin-Williams.
